Position: Product Owner with Software Engineering Expertise

 Location: Hengelo, Netherlands

Type: Hybrid – 2/3 times a week in Hengelo

Technical and Soft Skills:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Product Owner, preferably within a technology company;
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Background with software technologies including Java, Maven, Jenkins, and Linux (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with C/C++ (is a big plus)
  • Previous experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) (is a big plus)
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to take the lead on projects, guide teams, and drive results with a proactive approach.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a knack for resolving conflicts and providing practical solutions.
• Fluency in English (Mandatory)
• Intermediate in Dutch (is a big plus)
• For this position we can only consider applicants who hold EU passports (mandatory)
