We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto, and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transports.

 

What are you going to do?

• Track and resolve incidents through diligent follow-up;
• Address user requests promptly and effectively;
• Manage change and problem resolution processes;
• Monitor both production and non-production environments;
• Ensure daily communication and uphold data quality standards with production support teams;
• Maintain a strong customer focus, delivering a highly professional support service to clients;
• Adhere to ITIL standards and BNP Paribas Securities Services rules;
• Contribute to the establishment of the Lisbon Team, including processes, tools, and efficiency measures;
• Be available to work outside regular office hours, on weekends, and during bank holidays;
• Be prepared to provide on-call support;
• CFT (Context, Function, Task).

 

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, engineering (or related);
• Great ability to diligently follow up on incidents, ensuring timely resolution;
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve reported incidents;
• Experience in managing change and problem resolution processes;
• Familiarity with ITIL standards;
• Strong knowledge of SQL;
• Availability and On-call Support:
• Good Interpersonal and communicational skills;
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (≥B2 - mandatory).
