Join The Team Project Designer (M/F)  Our client is an Oslo-based design and manufacturing agency with a global footprint, specializing in functional bar furniture for both the professional HORECA sector and private home sector. As they continue to expand the team, they are on the lookout for a skilled Project Designer to join their creative family.  Key ResponsibilitiesSet project briefs collaboratively with the project team and clients;Develop creative design concepts aligned with Behind Bars design values;Collaborate openly with clients and project stakeholders;Work closely with suppliers to ensure top-quality production;Lead projects through the design phase with the support of your project team;Collaborate with clients and internal teams to establish timelines and deliverables;Manage client expectations through clear communication;Maintain accurate project reporting using Behind Bars project management software;Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models based on project requirements;Produce accurate technical drawings using CAD software;Ensure adherence to Behind Bars design standards and specifications;Maintain an organized library of CAD files and project documentation;Prepare comprehensive documentation packages;Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for accurate documentation;Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings. Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred;Previous experience in bar design, commercial kitchen design or related fields is desirable;Knowledge of materials, finishes and construction methods relevant to bar design is a plus;Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software namely AutoCAD and Fusion 360;Experience with Blender, rendering or configurating software is a strong asset;Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy;Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;Effective communication and collaboration skills;Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects;Fluent in Inglês is mandatoty;Willing to work remotely or relocate to Oslo.
