Project Manager

Descrição Excellent opportunity in the Finance & Administration sector! We are currently hiring a Project Manager for a multinational company. Responsabilidades • Procurement to Payment (P2P): o Assemble invoices to be completed for payment (~4000 invoices/month); o Be in contact with the departments to follow the purchasing process; o Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, BTE (Business Travel Expenses), VAT Invoice Allocation, New Business Payment Structure. • Order to Cash (O2C): o Publish bank entries for the different entities (~70 bank accounts); o Reconcile bank statements; o Analyze and control the sub-book of creditors; o Perform short-term cash flow forecasts. • Management: o Supervise the development of the skills of its employees; o Supervise the activity of employees according to skills, workloads, and deadlines; o Promote communication and dissemination of information within the service; o Define the skills needs of its scope in line with the company's strategic orientations; o Conduct interviews, assess direct employees and implement appropriate recognition or disciplinary measures; o Define the individual and collective objectives of his team in line with the objectives set by the company; o Arbitrate the priorities of his team according to the context and the priorities of the company; o Create a work environment conducive to the achievement of objectives; o Consolidate and monitor the indicators of its scope. Requisitos • Master’s degree in Accounting or Economics; • 8 years minimum of experience as Accountant; • In-depth knowledge in accounting ERP: SAP or IFS (any other system is a plus); • In-depth knowledge of core finance transactional process - Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report and GL&Tax; • In-depth knowledge in VAT accounting and other taxes; • Experience in multi-company and multi-currency environment; • Experience with MS Excel; • English proficiency (French is a plus).
