- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or IT Project Manager;
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Previous experience in delivering Datalake Projects;
- Technical background or comfortable around data engineering;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Capacity for creativity and innovation;
- Good English (mandatory).
