Descrição We are currently hiring an Purchaser for a company with a large activity scope. Responsabilidades Locally developing our network of suppliers in Portugal & Spain for connectors (metal & plastic), cables and electronics; Identify & recommend best-in class vendors thanks to benchmarks (technology, lead time, quality, cost); Negotiate contracts of supply with vendors; Globally implementing the purchasing strategy during the development of new products by R&D teams in Europe (Switzerland, Portugal, Germany, France, UK, Italy); Lead procurement activities for specific projects, collaborating with international & cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery; Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and global purchasing strategy; Defining, developing, and maintaining the analysis & reporting tools of the purchasing department; Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement; Generate regular reports and present findings to management, providing insights to enhance decision-making. Requisitos Master's degree in Purchasing or Engineering; At least 5 year working with international suppliers for several of the following commodities: metal parts, plastic parts, surface treatment / coating, electronics, cables; 5+ year in a similar position within an international company specialized in microtechnology (preferred), automotive or aerospace industry; Fluency in English, French is a plus. Excellent knowledge of the SAP environment, Excel and Power BI. Condições Possibility of growth in a leading company.
