Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable test automation scripts using Java;
• Build and manage automated test suites for web applications using Selenium WebDriver;
• Utilize Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD) to create efficient test scenarios;
• Work with frameworks and tools like JUnit and Maven to enhance testing processes;
• Conduct API testing using Rest Assured and Postman;
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins;
• Perform exploratory testing to identify defects and areas for improvement;
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate findings clearly;
• Apply ISTQB principles within testing procedures to ensure high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience in QA Automation;
• Proficiency in Java for developing test automation scripts;
• Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver for building and maintaining automated test suites;
• Familiarity with Cucumber for BDD and efficient test scenario creation;
• Hands-on experience with JUnit and Maven for testing and project management;
• Proficiency in API testing using Rest Assured and Postman;
• Application of ISTQB principles in testing procedures;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins;
• Strong exploratory testing skills to identify defects and improvement areas;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills;
• Fluent level of English;
• Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
