QA Functional Tester

Currently, we are seeking a QA Functional Tester who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document the requirements to determine product quality and release readiness;
• Analyse User Stories and create test plans, scenarios, test scripts and procedures;
• Perform end-to-end functional testing activities;
• Conduct Exploratory testing;
• Coordinate with the development team to understand business requirements;
• Log and document test results in the tracking system;
• Provide inputs on how to improve testing processes and teamwork;
• Provide inputs on high-level test scenarios, challenges, risks, resources, test estimates, etc., during test planning meetings;
• Support end users in the UAT testing phase;
• Able to execute automated tests and analyse their results.

Requirements:

• Reside in Portugal;
• University degree level (Management, Engineering or Computer Science is preferable);
• Knowledge about Quality Assurance processes and methodologies;
• Familiar with creating test scripts, setting up test data, and executing test cycles;
• Familiar with preparing and executing test plans;
• Familiar with capturing and documenting test results;
• Knowledge in Test Management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray);
• Knowledge in Requirement Management (e.g. Jira);
• We value Knowledge in CRM (Salesforce preferable), Billing, OSS and Order Management concepts;
• We value ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level;
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile concepts (preferable);
• English fluent spoken and written ability.
