About The Job
YellowIpe is recruiting a QA Manager!

Required Competences:

  • University degree in an ICT-related field;
  • Profound expertise and extensive experience in Quality Assurance;
  • Over 2 years of hands-on experience as a proficient Service Manager, adept in managing projects, clients, teams, and financial aspects. Skillfully engaged in business development, excelling in crafting compelling proposals and comprehensive reports;
  • Capable of defining and applying formal quality standards in the IT environment. Quality of IT projects;
  • Proven experience leading and managing QA teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members;
  • Experience in the creation and implementation of QA Strategy;
  • Experience in the creation of QA Offer;
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks and methodologies;
  • Exceptional communicator with a strong people-oriented approach that prioritizes well-being and individual growth. Meticulously organized in daily operations, coupled with a proactive and dynamic disposition, driving continuous progress;
  • Capable of integrating into an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in teamwork are mandatory;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Good level of English (Independent user — level B2 according to the Europass Language Passport).

Preferred Competencies:

  • ISTQB Certification;
  • International experience;
  • Experience in European Agencies
