Must-Have:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in QA Manager roles
• Proficiency in the French language, both written and spoken, is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, testing methods, and QA tools (e.g., Jira, Selenium)
• Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Experience in team management, project planning, and coordinating cross-functional activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test results and identify trends and underlying issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
• Additional language skills are a plus
• Certification in quality assurance or related fields (e.g., ISTQB) is an advantage
