Position Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing both manual and automated tests for IT/OT infrastructure components. You will work using Scrum, TDD/BDD, and Cloud-native/DevOps methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 year of experience as a QA automation engineer
• Knowledge of automation software tools (Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress), but cucumber is mandatory
• Proficiency in BDD/TDD, with hands-on experience in Cucumber and writing feature files and glue code.
• Experience with software development in Java
• Experience with Git-based source control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including design the test plan to test execution, implementation, and documentation activities
• Experience with Functional Testing, Exploratory Testing, Test Automation and Unit Testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Candidates must be in European Union and have EU Passport (mandatory)

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification is a plus (or willingness to get certified).
• Knowledge of Dutch Language (B1 at least)
