Seeking Receptionist for new Party Hostel in Lisbon We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our new party hostel in Bairro Alto. The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly and outgoing, with an ability to provide excellent customer service and exceed guest expectations. Previous experience is not required, however will be considered favourably. Tasks: . Selling our products and services (including bar service) . Promoting our parties and events · Handling guest communications (in person, by phone call, whatsapp and email) . Managing guest communications for our sister brands in other locations (self check-in) · Managing guest reservations · Check-ins / Checkouts · Collecting payments and completing reconciliation reports with 100% accuracy · General cleaning of common areas / laundry To apply you must: . Be energetic, outgoing and great with people · Speak advanced Portuguese and English · Have an excellent capacity to communicate with people from all nationalities and backgrounds · Have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit · Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills · Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel) Start Date: 2nd January, 2024
