We are looking for a Recruiter (m/f), to join our internal, Triangle Talent Solutions Team, in Porto. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: • Providing the best talents by successfully using Outbound / Inbound recruitment; • Building pipelines and manage pools of candidates according to the hiring plan; • Driving the recruitment cycle from candidate identification to onboarding; • Keeping track of the recruitment market development; • Representing the team in internal and external contacts with our clients; • Improving the recruitment process and its metrics. Main Requirements: • Degree in Management, HR or Social Sciences; • Experience of minimum two years in Multilingues Recruitment vacancies; • Awareness of active sourcing tools (e.g. boolean candidate search, projects, analytics); • Track record of delivering in a fast-paced growth environment; • Experience in creating/managing candidate pipelines and/or recruiting international candidates. Other Requirements: • Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory); • Knowledge of French, German and Swedish, would be highly valued; • Willingness to learn and evolve; • Good communication skills; • Ability to work in a multicultural team Of this is your new project for 2024, please apply to the our email.
