We are seeking a talented - Red Hat OpenShift Engineer to join our Systems Solutions team in Oporto.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Availability, Performance, and Security: Maintain the required standards for OpenShift infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Automation Management: Properly manage all additions, removals, or changes on the OpenShift infrastructure through our automation platform.
- Security and Compliance: Apply security policies and compliance rules to the OpenShift infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in OpenShift administration.
- System administration, conceptualization, design, construction, and operation of OpenShift platforms.
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with automation and Storage Servers.
- Infrastructure services and networking topologies.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (written and oral).
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
- Team player.

Onboarding Requirements:
100% On-Premises: The candidate must be present at our Porto office during the first 2-3 months for a successful onboarding.
Hybrid Work Policy: Post-onboarding, work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Full-time office presence is also an option if preferred.
