Release Manager

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Release Manager to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

-2+ years of experience in a similar position; 
-2+ years of experience with Linux and Sybase/SQL;
- Knowledge of DataStage TX, MAC and Ansible;
- Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and ITIL; 
- Ability to perform technical analysis, and identify impacts;
- Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery;
- Fluent in English and have somo notions of French language.

Responsibilities:

-Deployment of applicational releases on pre-production and production environments;
- Participation on technical activities, such as migrations, DRP, and Patching;
- Participation on MAC server deployments;
- Preparation of deployment documentation, verification and validation of documentation prepared;
- Coordination with Development team;
- Ensure daily communication and data quality with production support teams and development teams;
- Habilitations authorization and configuration on IRP applications;
- Follow Change/release management based on ITIL guidelines;
- Comply with ITIL standards and Securities Services rules;
- Define and prepare KPIs.
