Job Description

• Manage relationships and expectations with key business stakeholders;
• Build expertise on retail business processes and the enabling IT solutions;
• Triage new business demand into initiatives or product functional backlog;
• Develop appropriate business demand characterization, benefits identification, portfolio prioritization and product functional backlog;
• Support business stakeholders’ alignment with IT initiatives deliverables;
• Enable adoption of new capabilities delivered by IT initiatives;
• Ensure processes compliance and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a business analyst with varied project delivery across retail, IT and customer;
• Work experience in agile methodology;
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points;
• Structured, with analytical and conceptual capabilities;
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere;
• An excellent team player, at different levels, building bridges and easily connecting with others;
• Excellent team player who can build bridges and easily connect with others at different levels.
• High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity, and self-motivation.
• Fluency in English.
