Job Description

• Strategizing and Enhancing Automation Initiatives with Advanced Sorter Implementations.
• Implementing sophisticated sorter solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, driving automation across the organization.
• Roadmap and Backlog Management
• Initiative Definition and Alignment: Establishing clear goals, scopes, benefits, and stakeholders for each automation initiative. Ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategies.
•  Distilling user requirements and translating them into a comprehensive, actionable vision. Facilitating a user-centric approach to ensure that automation solutions meet the actual needs of end-users.
•  Collaborating in project management and scrum master roles to facilitate the seamless delivery of products. Assisting in overcoming challenges and ensuring timely and successful project completion.
•  Vigilantly monitoring the effectiveness of both existing and newly implemented products. Proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
•  Playing a key role in propelling the development and implementation of cutting-edge sorter solutions. Staying abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation in automation.

Qualifications

•  Experience in automation, specializing in implementations within the logistics domain. Proven track record of optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
•  A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative ideas. Committed to finding solutions that improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
• BA/BSc degree or possesses equivalent practical IT experience, providing a solid foundation for understanding technical and business aspects.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in roles such as product manager, product owner, or business analysis within IT projects. Demonstrated proficiency in leading the end-to-end process of creating new product features, from research to successful implementation.
• Previous involvement in projects related to Supply Chain, Logistics, Transports, and/or the retail market, offering valuable insights and understanding of industry dynamics.
• Well-versed in working within an agile development environment. Bonus points for being a certified product owner in SCRUM, showcasing a commitment to agile methodologies.
• Possesses a solid understanding of basic internet technologies. While not required to be a technical expert, can effectively discuss limitations, possibilities, and technical issues with developers.
• Proficient in using user stories, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications to communicate requirements effectively. Ensures clarity and alignment in project objectives.
• Skilled in conducting user research, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys. Capable of gathering valuable insights to inform product development.
• Able to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement through business processes and systems analysis. Proactively addresses challenges to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
