Job Description

  • A Solution Team leader with deep technology experience, thinking strategically around the development of the asset it oversees, coordinating the development resources working on that asset in the context of the Solution team and other Product Teams, aiming at generating the highest business value through that asset.
  • Performing the necessary resource management and career development (all the chapter-associated tasks) for the members of the solution Team.
  • Maintaining his/her own technical knowledge through learning and continuous improvement
  • Taking care of the flow of information and knowledge alignment in the field of technology between the Solution Team product and Product Teams where there are Solution team resources.
  • Communicating standards and requirements for technological artefacts in the Squad.
  • Being able to answer most the Teams' questions regarding product technology
  • Defines work for the technological backlog of the Solution Team, assuming the role of the "Product Owner" of the team, while helping Product Owners which use the asset make decisions when relevant.
  • Ensures there is a vision/roadmap of the architecture of the product/asset and updates it as needed.
  • Ensures that the priorities in the backlog reflect the technological dependencies arising from the needs of the teams using that asset.
  • Assists POs prioritizing the backlog.
  • Monitors the technological dependencies and improves the cooperation of the Solution Team with external technical resources.
  • Cooperates with other internal and/or external IT Teams in planning tests and implementations, iteratively, following the sprint increments.
  • Orders and coordinates the reception of work carried out by external resources.
  • Serves as first escalation point for technological problems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Previous leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading Salesforce teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Salesforce professionals, including developers, administrators, and consultants.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, development methodologies, and industry trends within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of solutions, considering scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Solution Architect), is a Plus.
