Role Overview:

 

We are looking for a Sage X3 Business Analyst for a business group with Portuguese roots and 100% national capital, which focuses on the development of companies that operate in different business areas, such as Retail, Distribution, Production, Technology and Real Estate.

 

What you will do:

 

You will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Sage X3 ERP system, identify and implement customizations to the Sage X3 system that respond to the organization's specific needs.

 

What you are like:

• Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring the Sage X3 ERP system, ensuring it is aligned with the organization's specific requirements.
• Ability to set parameters, customize forms and reports, and configure the system to meet business needs.
• Ability to provide technical support to Sage X3 users, resolving problems, answering questions and offering assistance in using the system.
• Experience training and training users to ensure effective and efficient use of the system.
• Ability to collaborate with IT and business departments to identify and implement customizations to the Sage X3 system that respond to the organization's specific needs.
• Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement in the system and proposing solutions to optimize its use.
