PEOPLECONQUEST RH is recruiting a Sales Advisor with the following profile: • Welcoming customers to our store and provide an exceptional Client experience in Store; • Be a brand ambassador representing it’s values and concept; • Show, promote and sell our brands and products and promote cross selling ; • Provide the best client experience ensuring 100% satisfaction in each visit; • Manage all purchases, returns and exchange; • Continuously build and improve our CRM database with all our customers information and individual preferences respecting RGDP compliance; • Manage Store Inventories and stock control; • Manage Store visual merchandising; We are looking for highly motivated candidates, passionate about fashion and luxury retail who wish to belong to the Clients Community, with previous experience in similar roles; deep focus on customer service and service standards; excellent communication skills and empathy; availability to work weekends and night schedule; availability to work in Comporta area; fluency in English (other languages will be a plus).
