What you will be doing:

To drive the expansion of the company's Customer portfolio, the Sales Manager will:

  • Identify and engage potential new customers, discover opportunities for sales, and pitch the entire COCUS portfolio for the DACH area
  • Create offers in cooperation with Delivery Managers, drive deal and contract negotiation and closure order entry to achieve COCUS New customer and order entry targets for the DACH area
  • Contribute to market research to identify target accounts, routes to market and demand relevant to the company portfolio and target market with a primary focus on the DACH area of operation
  • Report findings from Customer and Partner interactions about the market
  • Industry and company-specific challenges, Competitors, what companies are buying and how (commercial models
  • Find ways to reach people connected to Target Accounts
  • Organise, prepare and conduct business meetings with prospects, business partners and new customers. Ask open questions, listen a lot, look for areas of shared knowledge/interest, and pay attention to cultural preferences. Identify Opportunities to submit an offer
  • Develop compelling business offers/proposals which meet expectations from the Customer in terms of Scope, Commercials and storytelling
  • Ensure customer commitments and expectations are met throughout the first engagement before handover to Account Executives
  • Plan and execute a good handover to an Account Executive, ensuring the strength of the relationship is maintained (D)
  • Report business opportunities, estimated deal amount, estimated close date, contacts and companies in the business development pipeline.

  • DACH Market knowledge
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Resilient, results-driven and independent professional
  • Effective time management and planning skills person to achieve results
  • Native in German and fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field

What will be a plus:

  • Previous experience working in IT Telco projects.
