This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

- +4 years of experience as BA (Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred);
- Good Salesforce knowledge, capable of discussing configuration and some simple development requirements;
- Be familiar with the latest Salesforce features to support analysis and solution facilitation;
- Have a good perception of the delivery efforts required for medium to high-complex requirements;
- Familiarity with popular Salesforce integrations, and their effort/risk;
- Have a good knowledge of the industry in which the BA is assigned to the Project;
- Know-how to extract data from Salesforce and which data to extract to support business analysis;
- Able to negotiate medium to complex solutions with stakeholders;
- Perform risk management analysis on medium to high complexity requirements;
- Be able to manage a medium to large size project from a scope perspective;
- Any of the following certifications (or similar): Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, Community), CSM, PMI-ACP, OMG, CBAP, IBM;
- Fluency in English.
