Role Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for one of our banking clients. A Software House focused on the development of financial markets and investment platforms, with several international projects, in Lisbon.

 

What you will do:

You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing functional requirements from different stakeholders. You will be responsible for the analysis of the impact of changes and if the project will provide solutions to mitigate this impacts. If not, the technical SMEs should identify which stakeholders should the resource contact to try to identify any tactical/strategical solution. You will also be responsible for document the findings obtained and provide as an evidence for the project direction.

 

What you are like:

• Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce;
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking is a Plus;
• Salesforce Certification is a plus;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
