Profile: - Proven experience as a SAP-APO Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role; - Strong background in providing L3 level support and maintenance in SAP-APO; - Proficient in resolving complex incidents and executing non-industrialized Request Services; - Knowledge of problem monitoring and resolution; - Familiarity with solutions such as DDMRP (B2WISE); - Fluent in English and French language proficiency is advantageous; - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Responsibilities: - Provide advanced support for incidents, focusing on critical and complex issues; - Execute complex or non-standard Request Services within SAP-APO; - Monitor and resolve problems, ensuring seamless functionality; - Collaborate with the team to contribute to the "Demand e Planning" functional domain; - Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
