We are in search of an experienced and dynamic SAP Application Maintenance Service Manager to join our team. This pivotal role requires a professional with over three years of experience in similar service management roles, specializing in SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, ideally within the FI/CO modules, and will be adept at managing multiple suppliers and teams, both internal and external, simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of SAP application services, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Manage multiple service providers concurrently, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Coordinate both internal and external teams to achieve maintenance objectives.
• Use your SAP background, preferably in FI/CO, to guide and improve service management processes.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years in similar SAP service management roles.
• Proven experience in managing multiple vendors and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Strong foundational knowledge in SAP, especially in FI/CO modules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
