What are you going to do?

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a unified Expense Claims Administration Tool (SAP Concur Expense and Request) across internals entities following a standardized Core Model;
  • Streamline and standardize operational processes;
  • Enhance visibility into Expense Claims across internal entities;
  • Identify potential improvements for tools and reporting aligned with the Core Model;
  • Interpret customer requirements into functional specifications that align with the Core Model;
  • Review and approve technical specifications proposed and delivered by the IT team;
  • Assist in the functional implementation, specification, and configuration of a unified expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur) for internal entities based on the Core Model;
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget;
  • Plan, execute, and close projects;
  • Define test procedures, execute test scenarios, and manage test results;
  • Gather business requirements and perform business analysis as necessary;
  • Evaluate risks and develop risk response plans.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on asset management and a deep understanding of Charles River software;
  • Strong knowledge of investment management processes and best practices;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions within Charles River software;
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management;
  • Relevant certifications in Charles River software or asset management are advantageous;
  •  Good Interpersonal and communicational skills;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (≥B2, mandatory).
