Must To Have: - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support for SAP ChaRM and Release Management in a complex SAP landscape; - Knowledge and experience in using SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and Transport Management System (CTS/CTS+); - Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP Solman implementations, focusing on project planning and change management; - Strong consulting skills in SAP change request processes in ChaRM; - Expertise in developing, configuring, and supporting the Change Request Management process in SAP Solution Manager; - Experience in ensuring compliance with quality standards within the framework of change and release processes (ChaRM); - Familiarity with Solution Documentation Configuration; - Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct workshops, map processes, and advise teams on Change Management; - Documentation, configuration, and training expertise focused on ChaRM and Change Management. - English (B2 level).
