What is your mission:

You will join one of our projects in the Novabase Digital Transformation Unit (hybrid regime in Lisbon) as a Junior SAP HCM Consultant.

The main tasks for this position are:

·Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and understand client requirements.

·Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules.

·Provide support in all phases of SAP implementation projects.

·Contribute to the testing, documentation, and training processes.

·Stay updated on SAP HCM best practices and industry trends.

 

The talent that we are looking for:

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

·Basic understanding of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

·SAP Certification or training (nice to have).
