Randstad is hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Architect Data Mapping and Migration to work at a project within a automotive giant in Palmela (Setúbal).



descrição da função/job description
Activities to perform:

• Planning & driving / orchestration of Technology cutover for the current Release.
• Plan & Drive Dress Rehearsal and Cutover exercises (scope, timeline, dependencies, entry – exit criteria, resource allocation).
• Analyze Data integrity from current systems considering the targeted data Structure.
• Perform data cleaning, harmonization, historical cutoff, for migration purposes.
• Liaise with current system support teams/supplier, deadline fulfillment and follow up on quality.
• Map master data and data orchestration tables preparing for future integrations, reports and/or dashboards.
• Liaise with configuration team and ensuring that the environments for Dress Rehearsal and Cutover environments have the latest and correct configurations.
• Liaise with Data Governance, HR Governance and Infra Team to ensure Production Data request is approved prior to Dress Rehearsals and Cutover.
• Liaise with Business teams to ensure handshake between Tech and Business from a cutover perspective.
• Liaise with Integration Teams to ensure that all peripheral applications upstream / downstream are ready for Dress Rehearsals and Cutover.

requisitos/requirements
Qualifications - Candidate Description:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors in CPI and BIB.
• Level : Medium
• Has handled large SAP SuccessFactors technology cutover end to end.
• Planning of Mock Data Conversion exercises (timeline, resource allocation).
• Experience in implementing interfaces with HR, PM/GM, LMS, SF EC, RBP,and SPCDP.
• Expertise in Cutover Planning, Project Planning, Project Design, Gathering Business and Functional requirements, creating functional specifications, and Use case data flow diagrams.
• Experienced in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Summary Reports for Automated and manual testing.
