You must have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience;
• Experience in Scrum Master role;
• Familiarity with software development;
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts;
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Scrum Master Certification;
• Problem solving and conflit-resolution ability;
• Outstanding organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
