This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile teams;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its use in project environments;
• Deep understanding of Agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies, especially Scrum;
• Strong skills in facilitating meetings, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution among project team members;
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills to assist teams in understanding and implementing Scrum practices;
• Experience with Agile project management tools and techniques;
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and stakeholders through complex project milestones;
• Ability to identify issues and innovative solutions quickly within the Scrum framework;
• Fluency in English.
