Responsibilities:

• Guide and collaborate with teams to cultivate and effectively manage the product backlog;
• Facilitate the adoption and implementation of agile practices, focusing on the Kanban method;
• Guiding the team on how to get the most of our self-organization;
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment;
• Map and optimize workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement (Statik);
• Train and empower teams in the effective use of the Kanban method, promoting autonomy and shared responsibility; 
• Promote an agile culture, fostering collaboration, communication, and transparency among teams;
• Continuously improve team dynamics, emphasizing productivity and performance, using agile metrics to refine and support delivery flow;
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;
• Facilitate Kanban meetings (Replenishment, Workflow Kanban, Flow Review, Stand-ups, etc.).

 

Requirements:

• +4 experience working as a Scrum Master or similar roles;
• Proven experience in implementing and managing agile practices, with an emphasis on the Kanban method;
• Certification in agile methods, such as KMP, CSM, or similar;
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and associated tools;
•  Good knowledge and experience working with Scrum and Kanban;
• Experience working in an environment with constantly changing priorities;
• Ability to facilitate and lead team working sessions;
• Practical knowledge of the Kanban method and its applications;
• Fluent level of English;
• Living in Porto or Lisbon (hybrid role).
