Responsibilities:

• Implementing various agile methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Management 3.0, OKRs, and QBRs;
• Transforming traditional Waterfall teams into Agile teams;
• Designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, lectures, and forums on agile methodologies and techniques;
• Training Agile roles such as Product Owners (POs), Agile Champions, Scrum Masters (SM), Senior Delivery Managers (SDM), and Senior Release Managers (SRM);
• Implementing various agile methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, Lean, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Management 3.0, OKRs, and QBRs;
• Transforming traditional Waterfall teams into Agile teams;
• Designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, lectures, and forums on agile methodologies and techniques;

Requirements:

• +4 experience working as a Scrum Master or similar roles;
• Proven experience in implementing and managing agile practices, with an emphasis on the Scrum method;
•  Good knowledge and experience working with Scrum;
• Experience working in an environment with constantly changing priorities;
• Ability to facilitate and lead team working sessions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
