Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Scrum Master who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating all Scrum meetings;
• Providing continuous support to the team for removing impediments;
• Offering coaching and mentoring in agile practices;
• Managing and continuously improving Scrum processes;
• Mediating conflicts and facilitating communication within the team;
• Administering and monitoring tools and performance reports;
• Promoting an agile culture within the organization.

 

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years experience working as a Scrum Master or similar roles;
• Understanding of complex systems, project management, or similar fields;
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban;
• Agile Scrum Master certification;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Jira, Confluence, and other relevant tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
