Role Overview:

We are looking for a Security Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working fully remote to the Netherlands.

What you will do:

• Implement and manage security solutions including SIEM, EDR, NDR, and antivirus management.
• Maintain and secure various IT platforms across Windows, Linux, and networking environments.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Puppet and Ansible.
• Collaborate with a larger team on a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Contribute to the life cycle management (LCM) of environments, ensuring up-to-date software and secure configurations.
• Engage in both ITIL/Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, adapting to the needs of each project.

What you are like:

• Have broad IT knowledge including Windows, Linux, networking, and infrastructure.
• Strong affinity with security concepts and technical security measures.
• Experience with one or more security solutions (e.g., SIEM, EDR, NDR, antivirus).
• Proficiency in automation solutions and infrastructure as code (e.g., Puppet, Ansible).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
