Senior Business Analyst

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a business analyst;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies;
- Familiarity with SQL and data querying.
- Fluency in French and English. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications;
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation;
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team to ensure successful project delivery.
