Position: Senior Business Analyst, Expert in Power BI

Technical and Soft Skills: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and translating them into actionable insights using the Power BI platform. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree i Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization using Power BI.
• Proven experience in Power BI architecture and development, including the ability to design and develop complex data models, reports, dashboards, and interactive visuals.
• Proficiency in writing DAX queries and utilizing advanced features in Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data integration techniques, including ETL processes and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform business requirements into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (C2 level) and is a plus a proficient in Dutch or French (B2 level) is mandatory
• Candidates must be in Europe already

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that provide clear, concise, and actionable information to support business decision-making.
• Build and maintain data models and data integration workflows in Power BI to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Continuously monitor and analyze data trends, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for process enhancement.
