The Opportunity

After establishing ourselves as a premier digital product studio, we're launching a dedicated tech outsourcing unit. We're seeking a visionary Senior Business Manager to spearhead this expansion while maintaining our high-quality standards and long-term partnership approach.


Your Impact Mission

  • Scale our services beyond project-based work into team extension and white-label partnerships.

  • Build and lead go-to-market strategies for domestic and international markets.

  • Develop a high-performance sales organization.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with tech companies and digital agencies.

  • Drive sustainable growth while maintaining our 3.5-year average partnership duration.
     

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth (50%)

  • Design and execute market entry strategies.

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.

  • Lead complex negotiations with C-level stakeholders.

  • Develop a partnership network with agencies and tech companies.

  • Create scalable sales processes.

Business Operations (30%)

  • P&L ownership for the new business unit.

  • Team building and leadership.

  • KPI definition and tracking.

  • Optimize resource allocation.

  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with delivery teams.

Product & Service Development (20%)

Shape service offerings across:

  • Project-based solutions (MVPs, Digital Products)

  • Team extension services

  • White-label partnerships

Your Profile

Experience Required

  • 5+ years in B2B tech sales/business development.

  • Track record scaling professional services or tech outsourcing.

  • Experience selling digital product development services.

  • International business development expertise.

  • Team leadership and hiring experience.
