About The Job
YellowIpe is recruiting Senior Consultant – Dynamics 365 Field Service for direct integration into an international company.

Context Of The Role:
Our customers manage the Operations, Logistics and the Inventory of their modern tank terminals today with our terminal management system (TMS) OpenTAS.
The next generation OpenTAS NG will be a new certified Microsoft ISV Solution on Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM and Field Service, Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud.

Key Tasks:
As an expert in professional services, you will support the implementation of Microsoft D365 Field Services as part of our complete solution on the Microsoft stack to meet the requirements of our customers

You will consult our in-house team in the process analysis and definition of to-be processes on the base of Microsoft D365 Field Service functionalities for our new ISV.

Based on the results of a FIT/GAP analyses you will support the the team to identify change impacts and you create solution designs to meet the process requirements

You will support our internal documentation team to prepare documentations and trainings Your tasks include the preparation, execution and follow-up of presentations and workshops in German and English You are an initiative-taking member in delivering successful projects.

You conduct requirements analysis, fill the backlog, and create test cases taking part in functional- and integration tests.

If you wish, you can also work on customer implementations or in the service organization later on.


Required Skills:
You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business informatics or comparable professional training
Relevant professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service environment;
Sound experience in the design and conception of solutions for complex business problems;
Structured and solution-oriented way of working;
Proactive planning and efficient execution of tasks
Strong communication skills;
Ability to lead workshops and discussions with colleagues and customers;
Proof of relevant Microsoft certification;
Preferred skills in agile techniques such as Scrum or Kanban
Fluency in English.
