Senior CRM / Power Platform Consultant

We are now recruiting a Senior CRM/Power Platform Consultant for one of our clients, a company specializing in IT solutions and business consulting, focusing on the implementation of management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize business processes and enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements:
• Experience in programming or developing technical CRM projects, preferably in consultancy, and working in teams that use AGILE methodology.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering, with knowledge of data structures and experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects and SQL Reporting Services.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese, with current Dynamics CRM certifications being valued.
• Passion for Consulting and Technology, customer-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage resources (time, human, and material), with strong organizational, analytical reasoning, and solution design skills.
• Autonomy, responsibility, proactivity, and availability to travel domestically and internationally for specific projects.

Responsabilities:
• Develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on client needs.
• Work in AGILE teams to deliver high-quality CRM projects on time.
• Analyze and align business processes with CRM functionalities.
• Provide support during and after CRM implementation to ensure success.
• Manage project resources effectively for successful execution.
• Communicate technical solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
