What will you be doing?

Ensure a harmonized ART user journey by transparently communicating new requirements with all involved Frontend teams within the ART.
Create technical designs and implementation roadmaps and closely support front-end development teams to ensure efficient operations, SEO capabilities, and UI/UX harmonization toward the user journey.
Lead, mentor, and unblock the frontend development teams of the ART, ensuring they can deliver the required functionality with the desired level of quality.
Foster collaboration between the different ARTs of the company environment by maintaining close collaboration to ensure functional and technical harmonization across the different solutions within the OneWeb ecosystem.
Maintain close collaboration with the rollout ART to ensure market and user satisfaction by ensuring a smooth feature rollout and clarifying the market demands.
Assess the AEM functionality and constraints and Configurability aspects to build solutions aligned with the content management and delivery strategy.
Foster collaboration with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business Owners to harmonize requirements and translate them into robust and scalable technical solutions.
Driving the adoption of a MicroFrontend architecture to create a loosely coupled development environment capable of coping with future scalability requirements of the e-commerce solutions such as New and Used Car shops, Agent Context and Retail Context, Passenger, and Commercial cars.
Driving the transition of the Frontend applications towards the FoC microservices-oriented architecture, ensuring smooth transitions by minimizing downtime and keeping feature parity.
Ensure scalability and keep complexity low by designing blueprint solutions that can be extended and customized according to global market requirements.
Participate in design workshops as a technical expert to design the roadmap for upcoming feature development.
Advocate for continuous code quality improvements by driving refactoring and prioritizing the non-functional requirements (NFR) for frontend components.

What do we expect from you?

5+ years of experience with Vue.js, expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and front-end unit testing
Strong ability to build scalable products from scratch and optimize front-end performance
Hands-on experience with architecture
Proficiency in front-end monitoring tools, code versioning tools, clean code principles and Agile methodologies
Great English communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience or affinity with Commerce platforms
To be capable of realizing innovative, multilingual, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces
