What will you be doing?

• Ownership of system and driving continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and technical teams, leading the customization, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365;
• Responsible for the System Customization and Configuration, Systems Analysis and Data Flows, Stakeholders Engagement and Requirements Gathering, Project Management and Process Improvement and Innovation;

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE, PowerApps, and Power Automate;
• Experience gathering business requirements and optimize system performance;
• Experience with troubleshooting and identifying issues with MS Dynamics CE and Power Apps, providing innovative solutions;
• Conduct thorough systems analysis to understand data flows and integrations with other systems;
• Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, improving data accuracy, and enhancing system integrations;
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-implementation support;
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and maximize the value of Dynamics 365;
• Strong communication in English (B2 minimum);
• Remote working outside Portugal is not permitted.
