Senior IT Business Analyst

We’re looking to hire a Business Analyst to join the innovative and meaningful digital transformation projects sector. To succeed in this role, you must be able to adapt to and learn new businesses, to obtain the required sensibility to challenge them easily.

In this project, we follow a "Composable" approach instead of the traditional approach (monolith) where the functionality of the applications will be distributed by various components (NuGets) that in turn can be reused by other teams, in order to enhance the use of cross-cutting and common features to our customers.
The project is being developed from scratch - technically it's a big challenge in .Netcore 6, Sql server, and Blazor - you will have the opportunity to participate and contribute in the decision making process.

Required Competences:

• +4 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
• Previous experience gathering requirements and business processes and sharing them with the client and development team.
• Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them.
• Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with the team and client.
• Follow-up of implementation and testing teams.

Preferred Competencies:

• Ease of relationship and communication with different stakeholders (customers, team).
• Forethought, with the capacity to identify and minimize risks.
• Experience in Design Thinking methodology
• Interest in following and guiding the growth of more junior elements.

• Identification of business opportunities in line with the work being carried out at the client.
