Our client is a multinational company in the technology (TMT) sector that is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

descrição da função/job description
Provide legal advice and insights to support business objectives
Provide legal advice in data protection matters
Draft and analyse commercial contracts and provide commercial legal advice
Manage and draft marketing contracts
Provide support in matters related to campaigns and promotions
Assessment and support in Consumer claims and complaints


requisitos/requirements
University degree in Law and admitted to the Portuguese Bar association
Experience: 8-12 years (in-house or in law firms) - flexible to consider other profiles
Fluency in Portuguese and English and good command in Spanish
Good Written and Verbal Communication
Organized and capable to handle multiple tasks and projects
Results oriented
Negotiation and analytical skills
Flexible mindset
Ability to work in a fast-passed environment
Good relationship skills
