Randstad is recruiting a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Analyst - Finance, for direct integration, in industry client, located in Aveiro.

This position can be full remote (since it is for an international global team) or hybrid (the candidate can choose what he prefers).

IT Global Team headcount is approximately 45 people in different areas of responsibilities.

It is mandatory the candidate lives in Portugal and has at least B2 intermediate level of English communication. Also, open to travelling 50% of time.

- Participate in implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (before Dynamics 365 F&O) at different locations, supporting existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O rollouts / entities globally, including design, configuration, testing and training.
- Extend the ERP solution based on the requirements of the locations.
- Define solutions and coordinate them independently with global counterparts to achieve a corporate standard.
- Own regional or even global responsibility for 3rd party software solutions in finance area.
- Responsible for advising of finance topics, considering the entire process value chain.
- Manage external service providers and ensure the timely completion of their tasks.
- Support the compliance of IT standards and best practices.
- Responsible for carrying out projects.
- Enforce the implementation of defined and harmonized finance business processes.
- Create specifications and support our developers in the implementation loops.
- Consult the business areas for their process design and support for global and local change requirements.




requisitos/requirements
- More than 4 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or F&O (Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 is a plus).
- Experience in Dynamics 365 ERP implementations by using a companywide process template
- Coordinate regional and global change requests and analyze impacts between entities.
- Knowledge of the material and value flows within ERP systems and interfaces.
- Interested in contacting with different stakeholders.
- Understanding of functional and technical requirements.
- Experience with finance processes, including General Ledger, BI, Reporting, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bank Management.
- Deal with complexity and solution-oriented approach.
- Able to analyze situations, solve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications
- Experience in manufacturing (automotive supplier for OEM) is valued.
- English communication (B2 intermediate level is a mandatory requirement, interviews will be in English).

oferta/offer
Direct contract (contrato sem termo), food allowance (8,50€/work day) and health insurance (includes dentist and ophthalmologist). Full remote or hybrid in Aveiro.

This position doesn't have car and wil not be to lead a team.

Flexible and open travel time of up to 50%.
