Senior NodeJS Developer

We are looking for a Senior NodeJS Developer for a remote position in europe!

Responsibilities:

• • Refine Features: You will work with our biggest customers to uncover what improvements we need to make to satisfy the enterprise segment.
  • Feature Development: You will work with a team of engineers to deliver those solutions to production in the most lean way possible.
  • Ensuring High Stability: You will be working on the core of the product and keeping it stable with professional solutions and well-defined plans.
  • Uncovering New Solutions: You will be influencing where we are heading, your feedback and ideas will be important to understand what we can do for the customers and which technology to use for the solution.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years' experience with Javascript and Node.js
• Know the difficulties of scaling and concurrency
• Understanding of problems with large databases
• Experience in making technological decisions
• Like to work lean and deliver functionalities to learn about behaviors
• Refactoring the system with incremental changes
• Enjoy working with customers and take pride in supporting them and providing smooth support
• Feel comfortable working in a remote-first configuration.
• Enjoy learning more and more about technologies

Nice to have:

• CI/CD best practices knowledge
• 2+ years of experience with React or other popular framework
• Clikhouse

• Cloud services experience
• k8s experience

Methodology:

• Scrum
• 2-week sprints
• Daily standups
• Retrospective meetings
• The average feature/project is about 1 month - it can be a week and sometimes several months.
• Releases are every day - push it when it's ready - continuous integrations
• Developers are working in close communication with the product team
• 2 product managers - 5 engineers - (Scrum master/Teamlead + 1 tech lead + 2 Senior + 1Mid + 1 Junior)
