Senior Reporting System Administrator / Business Analyst

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Senior Reporting System Administrator / Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Accounting or Finance;
- Relevant professional experience as a functional analyst/Business Analyst;
- Experience in data warehouse administration and management; 
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS and Power BI;
- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
- Fluent in English and a good level of French is an advantaged;  

Responsibilities:

Administration and support:

- Access rights management;
- Closing calendar coordination; 
- Reference data management; 
- Data production monitoring and control; 
- 1st level of support to end-users;
- Documentation management and operational permanent controls execution.

 Evolutions management:

- Provide support to team on project management related tasks; 
- Understand and analyze the needs coming from the business team, converting them into detailed requirements and functional specifications;
- Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts; 
- Test plan definition, execution and validation;   
- Documentation management and operational permanent controls execution.
