Join the Wolfpack as a Senior SAP Basis Consultant (Full-Remote/Hybrid - Lisbon).

What skills do you need to have?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant.
Strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, including installations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Experience with SAP security and access controls.
Proficiency in various SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
SAP certifications in Basis administration are a plus.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

Lead SAP Basis administration activities, including system installation, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet clients' business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
Perform system copies, migrations, and system refreshes as required.
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain SAP security policies and access controls.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SAP systems with other applications.
Provide recommendations for system improvements, enhancements, and optimizations.
Stay current with SAP technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance your expertise.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
