We are seeking a skilled Senior Service Delivery Manager (m/f) to join our client team. This role is crucial to manage works closely with the business functions understanding their needs and requirements, translates them into IT solution architectures in line with our Digital IT strategy and Architecture. The role leads implementation programs and projects predominantly in the Office IT and Digital Workplace space within a cross-functional and multinational environment and delivers the IT solutions according to agreed timeline, budget and quality. Key responsibilities include IT Solution Delivery from an E2E perspective in all phases like design, product / vendor selection, implementation project management, testing and go-live; providing internal IT solution consultancy. Working closely with business units, understanding their strategy and proactively providing innovative solution proposals based on modern technologies; analysis and documentation of requirements jointly with business requestors; creation of Solution Architectures & Solution Designs in line with Vantage Towers’ Business & IT Strategies and Architecture guidelines; among others. Requirements for this position include Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field; At least 9 years of professional experience Project management and 2 years of programme management IT. including management of external service providers; Solution Design and Software developmen; Excellent Knowledge of IT standards and frameworks like ITIL, ETOM, TMF and Project Management methodologies as well as Agile working methods proven by certifications; Good knowledge of innovative IT technologies like SaaS, Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP), Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices, Docker, APIs and Event based services.
