Position: Senior Technical Team Lead

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Language: Proficiency in English and Portuguese (B2 or higher).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering growth while ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.
• Design and implement innovative cloud-native architectures using Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Spearhead development efforts in C#, with optional experience in React as a bonus.
• Optimize database solutions with SQL and NoSQL technologies (SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB).
• Champion microservices architecture, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and data modeling best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in development and technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in C# (React is a plus).
• Expertise in Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• Advanced database skills, including SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling techniques.
• Solid understanding of microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
